Refunds or cancellation can be done within 4 day of receiving of an order.

The item must be in its original packaging and in new, unused condition. All accessories, manuals, and documentation must be included in the return. The return must be initiated within 4 days of the purchase date.

2. Return Process

- Go to your order history and select the order containing the item you wish to return.
- Follow the instructions to request a return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Pack the item securely, including the RMA number, and ship it to the address provided.

3. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe delivery of your return.

4. Refund or Exchange
Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, and exchanges will be processed based on product availability.

5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service within 2 days of receiving the product for assistance.
